This policy explains what information the LollysStitches Snail Mail Club collects when you join our interest list or, later, our monthly club — and how we care for it. 1 Who we are
"LollysStitches," "we," "us," and "our" refer to LollysStitches, a small cross-stitch pattern business run by Lolly, offering original hand-designed downloadable patterns and the LollysStitches Snail Mail Club. You can contact us anytime through our Etsy shop, LollysStitchesShop.
2 What we collect
We only ask for what we need to say hello and, eventually, to send your happy mail:
- Interest list: your name and email address, plus optional mailing state and stitching level so we can understand who is interested in the founding Snail Mail Club round.
- When the paid club launches: to mail your envelopes and process the $15/month membership, we'll also need a shipping address and billing details. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Automatically: basic technical details like your device type and general location, gathered by our website and form tools to keep things running smoothly.
3 How we use it
Your information helps us:
- Let you know when founding spots for the January 2027 mailing open.
- Send occasional updates about the club (only if you've joined the list).
- Prepare, address, and mail your monthly envelope once you're a paid member.
- Process payments and keep simple records for our business.
4 The helpers we use
Running a little club takes a few trusted tools. We share only what's needed with service providers such as our email/CRM platform (which stores your list sign-up), a payment processor (for the future paid club), and shipping or mailing services. These partners are permitted to use your information only to provide their service to us. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
5 Cookies & similar tools
Our website and sign-up form may use basic technical tools needed to submit the form and keep the page working. We do not use the form to sell or rent your information. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; some features may work less smoothly if you turn them off.
6 How long we keep it
We keep interest-list details until you ask us to remove them or the club winds down. Membership and order records are kept as long as needed for the subscription and for reasonable business and tax purposes, then removed.
7 Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
- Just reach out through our Etsy shop and we'll take care of it.
8 Children's privacy
The LollysStitches Snail Mail Club is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
9 Where mail goes
The Snail Mail Club ships within the United States only. If you sign up from outside the U.S., we can keep you on the interest list, but we're not able to mail envelopes internationally at this time.
10 Changes to this policy
As the club grows, we may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Meaningful changes affecting members will be shared by email where appropriate.
