These terms explain the friendly agreement between you and us when you join our interest list or, later, our monthly club. By using this website or joining the list, you agree to what's below. 1 About us
This site is operated by LollysStitches, a small cross-stitch pattern business run by Lolly. We design original, hand-made downloadable cross-stitch patterns and are preparing the LollysStitches Snail Mail Club, a monthly cross-stitch happy-mail subscription. You can reach us anytime through our Etsy shop, LollysStitchesShop.
2 The interest list
Right now, this page collects interest only. Joining the interest list:
- Does not charge you or start a subscription.
- Does not reserve or guarantee a membership spot.
- Simply means we'll email you first when founding spots open.
3 The Snail Mail Club (once it launches)
When the paid club opens, the LollysStitches Snail Mail Club is planned as a monthly subscription at $15 per month, which covers your project materials, the little surprises, and the labor of hand-packing each envelope. By becoming a member, you agree to a recurring monthly charge until you cancel.
4 Billing & renewal
- Membership renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Payments are handled securely by our payment processor.
- We'll give members reasonable notice by email before any price change.
5 Cancelling
You may cancel your membership at any time; your membership will remain active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. To cancel, contact us through our Etsy shop or use any cancellation link we provide.
6 Shipping
The Snail Mail Club ships within the United States only. We aim to prepare and send each month's envelope on a regular schedule, but because these are made by hand, exact mailing dates may vary. Please keep your shipping address current so your happy mail arrives safely.
7 What's inside the envelope
Each monthly envelope is planned to include items such as a beginner-friendly mini pattern, pre-cut Aida fabric, floss, a note from Lolly, and a small extra. Final contents may vary as we test the best mailing format and depending on availability. Descriptions and images are illustrative, and we may substitute items of similar spirit and value.
8 A note for beginners
Our projects are designed to be small and beginner-friendly. Some kits include needles, small tools, or tiny parts — please use them with care and keep them away from young children and pets.
9 Our designs & content
All patterns, designs, artwork, text, and images from LollysStitches are original works and belong to us. You may use the patterns and materials you receive for your own personal, non-commercial stitching enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell, redistribute, or mass-produce our patterns or content without written permission.
10 Your promise to us
When using this site or joining the club, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully and kindly, and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it. That's really all we ask.
11 Refunds
Because each envelope is a physical, hand-prepared item, monthly memberships are generally non-refundable once an envelope has shipped. If something arrives damaged or an error is ours, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
12 A gentle disclaimer
This website and the club are provided "as is." While we pour a lot of love into everything, we can't promise the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LollysStitches isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or club. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the club grows. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for meaningful changes affecting members, we'll share notice by email where appropriate. Continuing to use the site or club after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
